Can you put a price on peace of mind? At Courage Property Management our fee schedule is designed to raise your net income from real estate while we provide top-notch service for you and your residents.
We can do absolutely everything except pay for your property purchase, or as little as ‘leasing alone’. Services include marketing, locating and screening applicants, pre- and post- move in and move out inspections, repairs, maintenance, regulatory paperwork and inspections, renovation, bill pay, and much more. We currently serve Chemung, Schuyler and eastern Steuben Counties in New York State.
Courage Property Management charges owners 13% of monthly gross rent (minimum $75, and 5% of gross above $2,000/month/unit), a one-month placement fee, and a low, flat lease renewal fee. We pass any vendor discounts and special pricing on to our owners - no extra fees or charges.
