Here's the easy path to move in with our properties!
1-FIND AND EXPLORE!
-Find a listing you're interested in
-Register & schedule online - click the button on each property you like to answer some basic screening questions and schedule your viewing/s
-Visit any homes you are interested in that are a good fit for your budget - we'll meet you there and answer your questions
2-APPLY!
Complete our online application for each adult who will be living in the unit. There is a $20 fee each to cover a background check, unless you have a recent, verified third-party background check in which case applications are free!
3-GET PROTECTED AND PREPARED!
-Register your animals with our PetScreening links
-Get your renter's insurance set (don't worry, it's usually $150/year or less)
-Set up utilities (if not included)
-Choose whether to pay all at once each month or use our weekly or twice-a-month easy pay plans
MOVE IN - that's it, with three easy steps you're all set!
Lease signing is online, move-in payment can be cash, money order, bank check or Venmo - for monthly rent after move-in personal checks are also accepted
Your keys come with a move-in-day walk through to make sure everything is 100% set for you
Prior to move-in we require:
Background check
Income verification
Identity verification
Renter’s insurance (usually less than $15/month)
One month’s security deposit
Income qualification (we accept Section 8 and work with most local agencies)
Residence verification (last 2 landlord references and a quick in-home visit to your current residence)
Any tenant-paid utilities set to go out of landlord name
Animal registration with our partners at PetScreening (additional rent may apply for pets)
All adult applicants must have a unique phone number and email.
